Continuing with Rain International 2016

We recently announced that Rain International and Rain Asia are parting ways. We are sending out this email to clarify a few things with a few answers to questions you might have.

What is the difference between Rain International and Rain Asia?

Rain International is the U.S.-based parent company and owns the rights to the products, formulas, and studies you are familiar with and also brings those products to manufacture. Rain International is the company that hosts the existing back office, calculates commissions, and is the original global seed-nutrition company.

Rain Asia is a Singapore-based company that licensed some of these rights from Rain International through a legal licensing agreement in order to represent them in certain Asian markets. Through this licensing agreement, Rain Asia was given the ability under Rain International’s jurisdiction to use their assets for a time and would purchase products from Rain International to sell. Rain Asia also utilized Rain International’s back office and other assets to run their business.

This is similar to the way McDonalds franchises their businesses all over the world. An entrepreneur who licenses the rights to run and operate a McDonalds store is a franchisee. The franchisee purchases the store and is given rights to use McDonalds’s assets, their systems and branding to sell McDonalds’s products and turn a profit. The franchisee does not own McDonalds, its products, services, or branding, but under certain guidelines can use their assets as long as they are a legal licensee.

Similarly, Rain Asia’s licensee relationship with Rain International will end on March 23 as both parties have come to the agreement that it it time to separate. At that time Rain Asia will no longer have the rights to the products, back office systems, or any of the assets of Rain International owns.

Will this affect my business?

This change will not affect your business or your standing with the company. Instead of going through Rain Asia, a third-party company, you will be directly tied to the original parent company, Rain International. Orders will remain unaffected and auto-ship will go on functioning. Business will continue as usual…and you will notice some exciting enhancements.

Will anything change in the back office?

Thankfully, no! You have always been using Rain International’s back office so everything will remain the same including your username and password, your distributor ID number, your organization, your volume, your history, and your rank.

Rest assured, you are moving forward and not starting over. As such, the first time you sign into your back office after 3/22/2016, you will be asked to update your distributor agreement and compensation plan. Since Rain Asia is no longer associated with us, we are removing them from the agreement and a providing one directly with Rain International. The update to the compensation plan is a result of many enhancements that will now pay you more money. You will now be able to participle in additional programs that have been available to other Rain International distributor markets.

Be sure to click through all the boxes to legally update your account information to tie directly to Rain International and to officially be part of the worldwide distributorship. This is exciting stuff, and you’ll soon see why!

What about banked volume or future auto volume from +6 orders?

As mentioned above, everything in the back office will remain the same. All of the banked volume will remain and continue to accumulate. Regarding future auto volume from + 6 orders, Danny Pang and Frankie Lee of Rain Asia have collected the money upfront for commissions that need to be paid out on the future auto volume. Rain Asia has signed an agreement to provide Rain International the money to pay commissions to Rain International partners on the future volume Rain Asia has already collected money for. So rest assured that even though Rain International never received the money from these orders placed, the volume will continue and the commissions will be paid.

What will change?

Moving forward on March 23rd, 2016, Rain International will service Hong Kong, Taiwan, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Singapore. Rain Asia will no longer provide services to Rain International distributors. You will be able to pick up SOUL at local Rain International offices, and your commissions will come directly from Rain international or from one of our subsidiaries. You will be supported by local Rain International customer service representatives and will be calling into new support phone numbers. Information regarding the new numbers and local office locations will be sent out one week before March 23rd!

Will I get any additional benefits from Rain International?

Yes! Here’s the good stuff. The benefits to being directly tied to Rain International are innumerable. To name a few, you’ll have access to new products that were previously unavailable to your market; you’ll be able to participate and qualify for first-class Rain International retreats and promotions; you will receive top-notch training from some of the best in the industry; your compensation plan will provide you even greater pay outs than before and much, much more!

We are thrilled with where Rain International has come from and where we are going! There are so many people’s lives in Asia who have benefited from SOUL and we’ve barely scratched the surface of the lives we are going to affect in the future with seed nutrition.

Will Rain International’s mission be different?

Our mission to improve the world by providing superior wellness products through seed-based nutrition will remain the same as always! Remember, as a distributor, your whole life can change with Rain International as you find greater financial freedom and better health to enjoy life more.
