Hello Rain Partners in Asia,
I’m getting excited because it is almost time. In just a few more days, Rain International will run and operate its markets in Asia. I want this process to go as smooth as possible. We have agreed to an amicable split with Rain Asia. The license agreement that we have in place with them is valid until March 22nd. March 23rd we take over. Up until that point it is still their responsibility to service the markets and represent us well.
It is come to my attention that this is not what is happening. Picture, video and audio proof of unauthorized meetings going on have shown me that this is not what’s happening. This saddens me and I am very disappointed. This is not the agreement Danny Pang and Frankie Lee agreed to with us. They promised they were not affiliated with AXXA, and I can see now that I was deceived. I want to make sure that the rest of you are not deceived as well.
Rain meetings are happening in Asia but another company is being promoted—AXXA—with another product—SO Plus. I want to make something very clear: AXXA has NO affiliation with Rain and is a totally different company. They have a different product, a different back office, it’s a totally new company. They cannot legally charge you money or pay commissions unless you sign up as a distributor again with that company. Be careful.
Please make sure in dealing with Rain Asia that if you have purchased Rain products from them and have not yet received them, that you either get the product or get a refund on the product on or before March 22nd. If they refuse to refund you your money please report this to legal@rainintl.com. If you give money to Rain Asia to purchase SOUL or go into one of Rain Asia’s offices to purchase SOUL after March 22nd and they give you a different product like “SO Plus” please report that to legal@rainintl.com.
On March 23rd, when Rain International takes over the market from Rain Asia, all existing Rain Partners are still enrolled as partners with Rain International. We continue to support you and move forward with your existing back office, teams, rank, volume, and compensation. Be sure that you and all of your existing Rain Partners come to the meetings we will be holding in your market to learn what all of this means for you.
People have the right and freedom to join what ever company they like. But we will protect Rain international, and we will protect our Rain Partners. If any existing Rain distributor is found to be promoting AXXA, a competing company with a competing product, to another Rain Partner, then their Rain distributorship will be terminated. We are serious about this. It pains me to know that some are choosing to start all over with a new company and a new product rather than continue on with RAIN and SOUL.
I apologize that this communication is a little more stern. I really hoped we could transition everything without issue. It is unfortunate that there are some who don’t honor their word and use fear, deception, and lies to take advantage and try and get ahead.
After reading some misleading things about me and Rain International in social media, I have been asked why I am not more vocal on social media about it. The answer is it’s a waste of energy. The individuals perpetuating these false statements have been privately corrected…and they continue to mislead. I learned a long time ago that when someone says something negative about someone else, it reveals more about the person speaking than the person they speak about. I suggest we all put our focus and energy to our future and to positive things. Our future needs our focus. Anything that takes our focus off of that is a distraction.
Rain International is committed to doing things right and is in it for the long term. Our goal has always been and remains to give you all that you need to reach your personal goals. We will fight right along side of you to make sure that this happens! In history,there are always oppositions and hurdles to overcome right before something amazing happens. Something amazing is about to happen in Asia! It’s clear as day to me, because I’ve seen the growth our business has brought to the U.S. and we are bringing all of it to Asia now that we are running the market directly. I feel honored to be on this journey with you. Together we will do great things in Asia and around the world. I wish each of you continued success, and I can’t wait until we are officially in the markets to work side by side with you.
